Chef Ichimiya

Savor the best of Tajima-line Kobe beef, cooked to your taste with care and precision in a traditional Japanese “rogama” oven.

Born in Kobe City, Chef Ichimiya started his career at a French restaurant in Kobe. Since then, he has cooked at high-end restaurants, such as the main restaurant of "The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa" in Hokkaido, "Trois Fleches" and "IDEA Ginza" in Tokyo.

After serving as the main chef at “Vesta” in Nihonbashi, which is famous for its charcoal-fired Mita Beef, he opened "Ichimiya," his own restaurant, in 2019.
